OpenAIのGPT-5.5やCodexがAWS/Amazon Bedrockで利用可能に

OpenAIとAmazonは2026年6月1日、OpenAIのGPT-5.5、GPT-5.4とCodexがAWSの生成AIサービスであるAmazon Bedrockで利用可能となったことを発表した。

OpenAI frontier models and Codex are now generally available on AWS, giving enterprises a new way to build on Amazon Bedrock with OpenAI through the security, compliance, and governance workflows they already use.

Amazon BedrockはAWS上で生成AIをAPI経由で利用できるプラットフォーム。AWSユーザーはAWSが管理する認証とアクセス制御を使用してBedrockにモデルリクエストを送信することにより、Bedrock経由でOpenAIモデルやCodexを使用することができる。また、OpenAIモデルをBedrockマネージドエージェントを通じてAIエージェントに組み込むこともできる。料金はOpenAIの標準価格と同じで使用量はAWSの利用契約にカウントされる。
